What you'll do:

1. Drive innovation and rapid growth in service business
2. Integrate internal and external resources for the design and development of new service solutions
3. Explore new service business models and expand in related industries

4. Focusing on the renovation and services for data center power supply and cooling systems
5. Identify potential customers and market opportunities, develop feasible market strategies
6. Provide technical solution, integrate resource, and participate in business negotiations to ensure project contract signing
7. Responsible for renovation and service project management, coordinating internal and external resources of the company to ensure project delivery
8. Track new technologies and products, summarize projects into solutions for service business development

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
2. 3+ years of experience in business development, solution support, sales, or project management within the data center, particularly in service and renovation

3. Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and strong technical solution capabilities
4. Familiarity with data center operational models, technical architectures, and market dynamics, especially good customer relationship resources
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive project progress
