What you'll do:
- 挖掘并转化现有客户中的服务业务机会
- 建立并管理服务销售机会管道 (Pipeline)
- 制定服务产品方案、定价逻辑及市场推广策略
- 与销售团队、服务团队及合作伙伴紧密协作, 推动联合销售
- 试点并规模化推广可复制的服务业务模式
Qualifications:
- 拥有服务销售、售后市场 (Aftermarket) 业务或解决方案销售经验
- 具备优秀的商业敏锐度和市场意识 (不仅仅是技术能力)
- 能够在不确定性环境中开展工作, 并从零开始搭建业务
- 具备在非直接管理关系下影响和推动他人的能力
- 拥有电力、UPS (不间断电源) 、能源或工业领域背景者优先
