Senior Specialist IT Systems Analyst
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Specialist IT Systems Analyst. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
Job Summary
Design, model, configure, and implement functional software and process solutions to meet desired business requirements. The candidate will bring deep, hands-on expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), with strong proficiency in sales order processing, aATP, pricing, logistics execution, and billing within an SAP S/4HANA environment. They should be comfortable designing, configuring, and optimizing end-to-end SD processes in a modern S/4 landscape. Experience with Vistex, Project Systems (PS), Subscription Billing, and/or S/4HANA Service is a plus. Analyze business processes and systems processes & recommend improvements that use standard Eaton software and processes. Participate in implementations at expert level support often directing more junior level team members. Develops, demonstrates, trains, and drives regional or global solutions . Implements cotnrols that are fully auditable and compliant with business and regulatory standards
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for in-depth functional & business process knowledge of SAP SD target application - showing global leadership
• Lead the definition, design, and global standardization of SAP SD target processes, driving consistency across regions and ensuring that solutions support enterprise-wide business strategies and operational goals.
• Work in partnership with global decision makers and business process owners on system requirements, processes, and systems.
• Manage requirements in line with global templates and guidelines. Ensure that solutions are for the benerfit of all users, sites, divisions and regions.
• Own the set-up and governance of consolidated, worldwide target processes.
• Demonstrate very strong analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and regions, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.

• Applies governance processes to the change control, system development life cycle and ensure that necessary regression testing is delivered to ensure system integrity.
• Support end to end processes and has a strong level understanding of system integration touch points.
• Applies the global governance to ensure proposed solutions are in-line global solutions.
• Participate in global business process improvement committees as needed.
• Strong communication skills - able to interect with senior level leaders at a global level. Able to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language (without using IT terms and language).

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications (required):
- Bachelors degree from an accredited
- Minimum seven (7) years in SAP SD configuration and full life cycle implementation
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD), including configuration and solution design across aATP, pricing, logistics execution, and billing, with a deep understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township PA: Beachwood, OH: Galesburg, MI: Menomonee Falls, WI: Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Expert level of system expertise - fully demonstrated across many full-life cycle projects. Advanced knowledge of functional and technical capability including understanding of the core programming and database.
• Strong integration expertise across SAP and non-SAP systems, including hands-on experience with IDoc, OData, BAPIs, SOAP services, batch interfaces, and ETL frameworks, with the ability to design robust, scalable integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of core SD business processes and the cross-functional integration points within the broader S/4HANA landscape (MM, FI, PP, EWM, GTS, etc.), ensuring high-quality, enterprise-aligned solution architectures.
• Proficiency in S/4HANA technical capabilities, including In-App Extensibility (custom fields & logic), CDS views, embedded analytics, extensibility options, and side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP platform technologies, including Fiori, BTP services, and modern SAP UI/UX and integration tools.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably on S/4HANA, with accountability across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Proven experience operating in complex, hybrid enterprise landscapes, involving multiple boundary systems, diverse integration technologies, and global architecture standards.
