Senior Sales Representative

What you'll do:

To manage sales in in Brisbane, Australia
"• Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns. Manage the day-to-day sales activities of Crouse-Hinds in Queensland in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy in Australia.
• Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures and Initiatives to improve the overall performance of the Region.
• Work closely with Business Managers in Mining and Industrial/Ex. to develop customer-orientated products in application and solution.
• Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
• Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
• Coach customer's sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services."

Qualifications:

"• Diploma of Illumination and Lighting design or equivalent Electrical Trade Certification preferred "
"• Previous Sale Experience would be favourable"
"• Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Applications, Hazardous Experience preferred, proven sales, marketing and customer relations experience.

Skills:

• Must have exemplary customer service skills.
• Lighting Design Experience preferred
• Prior budget and experience"
