Senior RMU Engineer

What you'll do:

1.Develop design project goals & objectives, analyses feasibility of new products in line with marketing strategy and technical criteria.
2.Benchmark competitors' products and technology advancements.
3.Understand design procedure, new technologies and engineering techniques.
4.Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budget time and cost constraints. Keep all related project documentation well controlled.
5.Designs the plans of various components in order for technical support, application support, production line support.
6.Responsibility for appropriate prototype testing and evaluating of products, parts, equipment, tools and systems, along with necessary corrective follow-up.
7.Develop, maintains, supports design process and focus on concept design, piece part drawings, assembly drawings and Bill of material creation.
8.Coordinates & insure successful product qualification test in the lab.
9.Redesign existing products to reduce cost, find local sourcing for cost reduction.
10.Inform supervisor/manager regularly on work progress, cost, risk, scope redirection needs and stay in collaboration with supervisor. Must be a strong team player.

Qualifications:

1.B.S. in Engineering or Physical Sciences
2.Minimum of 5 years

3.Mechanical design, mechanics of materials, Mechanical principle
4.Inventor, Solidworks, or ProE
