What you'll do:

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for supplier quality control activities and will be responsible of 2 foremans and 5 operators

• Managing Incoming Quality Goods Control activities
• Supplier related customer and/or process issues follow up and evaluation to find root causes and implement proper corrective action at suppliers
• Supplier performance tracking, reporting and continious improvement activities
• Supplier Quality Performance evaluations
• Supplier Audits
• Supplier Quality Portal and standard methods implementation aligned with Eaton standards
• Managing APQP,PPAP, MSA, SPC processes aligned with ISO9001 and Eaton Quality Management System

Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent programs
• At least 3 years' experience in similar positions

• Technical knowledge of Supplier management and ISO9001
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
• Planning and organisation, problem solving, communication, ability of persuasion, attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to work as part of a team, management skills, production management
• Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix-based organisation
• Advanced level knowledge of office programs
• Advanced English level
