What you'll do:

• The primary function is to manage the product line business, with full portfolio ownership & financial responsibility (sales & margin) for the geographic region.
• Developing and executing strategic direction for the Product Line in assigned region/countries
• Tactically measure and manage the monthly performance of the business according to plan and forecast
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from product development to obsolescence and aftermarket in conjunction with the team
• Works closely together with Global Product Management, Engineering & Sales / Customers to define priorities & specifications for NPD.
• Defines target price and cost as well as required marketing tools.
• Liaise & leverage the commercial teams to drive order intake and revenue generation through the different channels to market (EWS & VAR)
• Support engineering with defining product architecture definition & NPD execution
• Seeking out and collating VOC feedback and using this to drive strategic focus areas for business growth
• In conjunction with Digital Engineering team, define, develop and deliver the digital strategy
• Develop commercial relaitionships with regional CSO leaders, lead business reviews and manage portfolio PP monthly per zone
• Leverage & build customer relationships with sales and key accounts in regions

• Bachelors Degree; electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
• 10+ years exp in Fire market (Technical & or commercial)

• Relevant engineering, product management and/or business management experience
• Experience in developing product roadmaps, positioning strategy, price management, value proposition development, and product launches
• Highly motivated and proven ability to operate in a matrix environment leveraging appropriate resources
• Able to work on own Initiative and self-manage
• Must be an excellent team player
• Well planned and organised
