Senior IT Project & BRM Lead

What you'll do:
- Define and drive the strategic direction of HR & Finance digital platforms, translating business priorities into actionable technology initiatives and ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy across APAC (e.g., time & labor and payroll solutions such as Gaiaworks and BIPO). Lead end-to-end delivery of regional programs, including large-scale, complex, and multi-country initiatives.
- Own project planning, business case development, governance, budgeting, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Drive execution through effective governance, delivery controls, vendor and cross-functional team management, ensuring projects delivered on time, within budget and achieve business outcomes and ROI.
- Lead prioritization, demand management, resource allocation, issue/risk/escalation management, and decision-making processes to optimize delivery effectiveness and portfolio value.
- Ensure successful solution deployment, adoption, operational readiness, stabilization, and transition to support operations across multiple countries. Oversee platform lifecycle management, release coordination, performance monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement to maximize long-term business value and operational effectiveness. Lead project closure activities, including financial closure, vendor settlement, lessons learned, and ongoing enhancement of delivery and governance capabilities.
- Serve as the primary IT business partner for Corporate APAC, aligning business priorities with IT strategy and enterprise architecture while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (e.g., SVP, VP, regional functional leadership).
- Lead demand shaping and portfolio governance, including opportunity identification, business case development, investment prioritization, and portfolio optimization. Ensure the effective delivery, performance, and stability of IT services through strong vendor governance, service management, and operational oversight while driving innovation, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years in project management.
- Experience in leading complex, cross-functional and multi-country initiatives, with strong exposure to business functions such as HR and Finance, and engagement with senior stakeholders at regional and global levels.
- Solid experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (5+ years).
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence stakeholders in a global and cross-cultural environment.
