What you'll do:
- 为重点客户项目提供技术支持及定制化解决方案
- 主导解决方案销售, 并与产品及商务团队紧密协作
- 为渠道合作伙伴提供培训及赋能项目
- 编写技术文档, 并在团队及跨区域间进行知识分享
- 负责UPS系统、电力配电系统、制冷系统以及 (可能包括) 其他电能质量 (PQ) 产品在客户应用中的售前技术支持与实施方案制定
- 参与并主导面向客户及设计院顾问的技术研讨会、宣讲及演示
- 作为讲师, 为销售团队、分销商及客户提供技术培训并推动技术能力提升
- 提供整体解决方案及投标文件等相关资料
- 根据客户需求分析设备配置及相关技术文档要求
- 负责订单的技术审核
- 推荐满足技术需求的最具性价比的配置方案
- 协助销售人员评估公司产品在潜在应用场景中的可行性, 并编制详细的产品技术规范
- 与客户、销售团队、顾问单位及承包商进行高效沟通与协作, 支持项目需求落地
- 跟踪主要竞争对手的技术发展动态
Qualifications:
- 本科及以上学历, 电气工程、电气自动化或相关专业
- 至少5年以上项目或工程经验, 有UPS、电力配电系统及制冷系统设计或支持经验
- 具备基于现场的UPS、配电及制冷系统设计或支持的实际经验
- 熟悉数据中心供配电系统应用
- 熟悉电气安装方法、施工规范及《国家电气规范》 (或等效标准)
- 掌握工厂及现场故障诊断方法及相关工具
- 熟悉开关柜及配电系统制造工艺
- 如同时具备电源产品及制冷系统及其应用经验更佳
- 能够面向客户及咨询工程师进行技术方案讲解与汇报
- 具备良好的技术理解与沟通能力
- 具备良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力 (英语为加分项)
- 熟练使用CAD软件
