Senior Engineer - PLM
What you'll do:
The Sr. PLM Engineer is responsible for driving engineering governance processes across part release, part health, and all PLM-related governing policies. The role includes leading the ENOVIA 2025x deployment across PMCC & EMEA divisions, covering upgrade strategy, data migration planning, cutover execution, validation cycles, and rollback readiness. In addition, the engineer configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and enhances the ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE platform to ensure stable deployments, efficient data models, smooth integrations, optimal performance, and successful upgrades-while supporting core engineering processes such as BOM, Change Management, and Change Release Management.
"Key Responsibilities
• Must have Change management process and Enovia PLM tool understanding. Exposure to engineering change request and change order process and review process.
• Govern and maintain engineering processes related to part release, part health, and PLM compliance policies.
• Lead ENOVIA 2025x deployment initiatives across EMEA business verticals, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to Eaton enterprise PLM standards.
• Define and execute upgrade strategies, migration scope, data mapping, validation routines, cutover playbooks, and rollback plans for ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE environments.
• Configure and administer ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE elements: roles, policies, lifecycles, routes, collaborative spaces, and PLM governance frameworks.

• Ensure mandatory services and prerequisite-driven installations for R2025x are correctly implemented and compliant with enterprise best-practice installation guidance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across front-office, middle-office, and back-office layers, including proxies, app services, DB behavior, and search/indexing performance
• Connection point between Global IT,Security team and Users to ensure proper configuration of SSL/TLS, reverse proxy rules, WebSocket enablement, and Trusted FQDN patterns required for 3DEXPERIENCE stability.
• Support end-to-end integration scenarios (ERP/MES/CAD), ensuring smooth data flow and adherence to engineering governance.
• Participate in SIT/UAT phases, drive issue triage, and support go-live readiness and hypercare stability.
• Maintain platform health using monitoring, log analysis, and structured operational runbooks.
• Trains, mentors, and provides PLM guidance and documentation concerning PLM tool landscape "
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Engineering. Preferred: with strong engineering PLM, ERP integration tools and process understanding
6-7 Years of experince in PLM process and tool development,
Skills:
" • Strong ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE configuration and administration capabilities (roles, lifecycles, policies, collaborative spaces).
• Knowledge of mandatory services, certified configurations, and prerequisite-driven installation flows for R2025x deployments.
• Expertise in troubleshooting web tiers, database layers, and search/index services within multi-layer 3DEXPERIENCE architecture.
• Familiarity with data migration methodologies, phased rollout planning, de-customization strategies, and upgrade frameworks recommended by Dassault
• Understanding of integration patterns (ERP/MES/CAD), along with scripting/automation for administrative tasks.
• Drive automation & digitization projects for Engineering & PLM processes using appropriate tools such as Excel Macros, VBA, Python, PowerApps & other O365 tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, observability practices, and ITIL-based incident and service management.
• Knowledge in change Management, Data structure and Power BI tools."
