What you'll do:

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing testing capabilities for new medium voltage (MV) UPS products. The role ensures that test systems, infrastructure, and procedures are ready to support product development, validation, certification, and production ramp-up in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
This role is part of the Manufacturing Technology team and works closely with R&D, product engineering, test laboratories, production, quality, and external partners.

Key Responsibility:
Responsible for defining, designing, and implementing testing capabilities for medium-voltage products, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient test environments that support product development and production.

Main Tasks:

  • Define test requirements and design electrical test systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
  • Support commissioning, validation, and daily operation of test environments
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and external partners
  • Create and maintain test documentation
  • Continuously improve test systems for efficiency and reliability
  • Support equipment procurement and troubleshoot test system issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of suitable experience

Skills:

  • Solid experience with medium voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
