Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Finland - Vantaa | 💼 Full-time | hybrid role

This role supports the Manufacturing Technology Team by ensuring electrical safety in manufacturing and testing processes for UPS devices. The position involves championing Electrical Safe Work Practices under the MESH program and serving as the Safety Responsible Person for Eaton's Electrical Safety Program. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of safety standards and guidelines, backed by proven practical experience in electrical safety.

You will work as part of the Manufacturing Technology Team, focusing on safety-oriented electrical engineering activities related to manufacturing and testing processes for UPS devices.
What you'll do:
- Serve as MESH Element Champion for Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP)
- ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, security, and health standards.
- Act as Safety Responsible Person (SRP) for the Eaton Electrical Safety Program
- overseeing testing activities and equipment safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- 5 year of experience from industrial level of electrical systems
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
- Proven track record of understanding and applying electrical safety standards and guidelines.
- Demonstrated practical experience in electrical safety, including hands-on involvement in safety-critical processes.
