Senior Cost Analyst

What you'll do:

• Monitor standard cost in system and lead the annual standard cost update, including burden rate and tack on rate simulation. Monitor inventory transactions in SAP, proactively identify any risks/diviations and give solution to comply with company's policy.Collaboration with operation team on annual physical inventory. Support in project cost analysis.
• Lead annually std. cost update, including burden rate and tack on rate simulation according to Eaton Fin Policy.
• Perform monthly BOM audit and analysis.
• Month end closing related journal entry.
• Review PPV, MPV, and burden variance and find the root cause, following up improvement actions with related departments.
• Involved in cost out projects and project basis products cost analysis, including localization/VAVE projects support.
• Identify E&O inventory list with SCM team and prepare monthly inventory E&O reserve and analysis.
• Collaboration with operation team on annual physical inventory.
• Involved in external and internal audit.
• Identify risks in costing/inventory management processes, follow up the actions and fixed the risks.
• Perform monthly end walk to dock process through receiving and shipping area spot check.
• Other tasks assigned by leaders.

• Bachelor's degree, major in Accounting or Financial Management.
• 5+ costing related experience in large manufacturing company
• Knowledge with ERP and other systems, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and Internal Control and tax regulation.
• Can use English as working language.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit.
