Senior Component Engineer

What you'll do:

• Selection, qualification, and introduction of electronic components to support business
• Develop and maintain component technical specifications
• Provide technical support to FAE, sales teams, and customers
• Responsible for the selection, qualification, and introduction of magnetic components, capacitors, current-sensing resistors, and other electronic components, ensuring compliance with company technical specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain component technical specifications, testing standards, and certification processes to meet industry requirements (e.g. AEC-Q, RoHS, REACH).
• Provide product presentations and technical support to FAE, sales teams, and customers.
• Manage OEM suppliers, conduct technical audits, qualification assessments, and monitor production quality control.
• Track component lifecycle, handle alternative sourcing, cost-reduction initiatives, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and component-related anomalies.
• Participate in supplier technical audits and factory inspections, driving process improvements and quality enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields、5 years above design experiences of magnetics product
• Familiar with industry standards and certification requirements for electronic components; experience in supplier management is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of independently performing component selection and technical evaluations.
• Solidworks etc.
