Senior B Line Product Line Manager
What you'll do:
"The B Line Senior Product Line Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving product strategy, cross-functional execution, and market growth. Beyond traditional product management, this role emphasizes:
• Exceptional program & project leadership, enabling cross-functional integration and structured execution.
• Business development in new verticals, expanding beyond traditional oil & gas segments.
• Inorganic & partnership-driven growth, leveraging strategic alliances, channel partnerships, and M&A opportunities."
" 1. Strategic Program Leadership & Cross-functional Execution
• Act as the central integrator of engineering, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain to build and execute adhesive growth plans.
• Drive large, complex cross-functional projects with clear governance, milestones, and accountability.
• Lead program reviews and risk mitigation actions to ensure delivery of commercial and operational targets.
2. Industry & Market Expansion
• Conduct comprehensive market landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities beyond oil & gas, including data center, renewable energy, infrastructure, semiconductor, and heavy industries.
• Partner with commercial teams to develop new vertical entry strategies.
• Translate market insights into clear product positioning, solution roadmaps, and go-to-market models.
• Build business cases for new investment and portfolio expansion in emerging industries.

3. Inorganic & Partnership-driven Growth
• Develop and execute growth strategies leveraging strategic partnerships, channel collaborations, and M&A opportunities.
• Identify and engage potential partners for co-development, OEM collaboration, or market access acceleration.
• Support due diligence and integration activities for inorganic growth initiatives.
• Work closely with APAC and Global leadership to align partnership strategies with product roadmap.
4. Product Line Management
• Define product line strategy and long-term MGPP (Multi-Generation Product Plan) aligned with APAC and global business objectives.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis and gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to guide portfolio development.
• Drive product lifecycle management including new launches, rationalization, and end-of-life planning.
• Oversee pricing strategy, value proposition development, and commercial execution.
5. Strategic Project Pursuit
• Lead strategic pursuit of large-scale projects and bid opportunities.
• Align internal resources to maximize win rates and accelerate market penetration.
• Ensure commercial, technical, and operational readiness for major opportunities."
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA is preferred.
"15+ years of product management or business development experience, preferably in mechanical or industrial solutions.
Skills:
• Experience in multi-country or regional product ownership.
• Exposure to data center, renewables, infrastructure, or other high-growth industrial verticals.
• Prior involvement in partnership negotiation or M&A integration.
• PMP or equivalent project/program management certification preferred."
