Senior Analyst Sales Operation

What you'll do:

Heading SIOP for PQ bussiness . Planning on long term forecast .Managing SIOP with 5 step process with CFT and running executive calls with leadership team .Managing pipeline review for PQ bussiness .Communicating ,collaborating with sales and cross function teams to satisfy and support them on time on the needs . Need to play a virtual and solid role by understanding of the supply chain adaptability to handle changing market conditions

1. Monthly SIOP (5 step process : Protfilo,Data gathering,Demand planning.Supply planning,Intergration review,Executive review)
2. Demonstrate the India executive SIOP for the bussiness
3. Track and focus on OEM customer and provided analysis on variances .Developing accurate demand forecasts and understanding predictive models
4. Data analysis use statistical models to create and maintain forecasting models and report on key metrics like forecast accuracy
5. Address Unconsumed forecast in advance and take correctived action
6. Work with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to gather insights and align forecasts with business strategies
7. Process of tracking and managing sales opportunities as they move through different stages, from initial contact to a closed deal through pipeline management process.

Qualifications:

1. BE in Electrical/ Electronics Engg
2. 2+ years of experience in Demand planning (SIOP)

Skills:

Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
Knowledge of SAP highly desirable,
Analytical thinking.
Inventory management.
Macro preferred.
PowerPoint Skill.
Proficiency with demand planning software.

Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail essential.
Highly ethical and able to work in cross functional team.
Good communicator of both written and verbal information.
Able to work in a matrix organization.
