Senior Analyst- Project Coordinator
What you'll do:
"Eaton's Project Foresight is a multi-year global supply chain transformation initiative to transform the way we plan and procure globally across our businesses.
The Senior Analyst - Project Coordinator, will play a critical role in this program by developing, managing, and communicating key performance indicator (KPI) reports tied to the project implementation and related supply chain processes. This role supports all 3 Centers of Excellence (CoEs), ensuring consistent KPI tracking and insights across the organization.
This position is integral to Project Foresight's analytics team and will help ensure that the right metrics are visible to the right stakeholders, thereby enabling data-driven decisions. The Senior Analyst will champion KPI transparency and consistency as Eaton transitions to a new era of planning, ultimately helping deliver better service levels, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency. This is an individual contributor role, however working across the businesses in a global, multicultural and cross-functional environment with proven ability to drive standard practices is critical to role success.
"• Demonstrate strong functional knowledge & working experience related to materials management & detailed understanding of concepts related to supply planning, replenishment planning, MRP/ material planning & relevant performance measures as per SCOR methodology.
• Familiarity with discrete manufacturing supply chains, processes and metrics, including knowledge of operational procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics KPIs.
• Lead definition and reporting of supply chain KPIs (e.g. forecast accuracy, on-time delivery) with a focus on standardization and automation for long term sustainability.

• Coordinate across multiple CoEs - work with regional Centers of Excellence to gather data, standardize metrics, and ensure consistent performance reporting and best practices across all business units.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights; attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Exposure to executive reporting: preparing KPI summaries or dashboards for senior leadership (e.g. VP or Director level), with an understanding of what insights business leaders seek.
• Capable of driving initiatives independently, coordinating across global teams, and influencing process improvements.
• Change management and training exposure - experience helping end-users adopt new tools or processes; ability to create training materials or job aids for reporting tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with experience in identifying root causes behind KPI trends and recommending solutions.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills to work with leadership, CoE and business teams across the globe.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems preferably one out of SAP/ Oracle/ Mfg Pro
• A team player with willingness to work across multiple cross-functional engagements and learning agility towards adoption of digital tool and technologies.
• Comfortable in working across multiple geographies and global stakeholders
• Preferred understanding of big data concepts, visualization tools and query languages like data lake, cloudera, powerbi, SQL etc."
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Operations. MBA(Operations/SCM) preferred.
7 to 10 years of relevant experience into supply chain, materials management and inventory.
Skills:
"• Advanced Excel skills for ad-hoc analysis and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
• Proficient and good hands on exposure on ERP (Preferred Oracle, SAP, Mfg. Pro)
• Preferred exposure with databases and query languages (e.g. SQL) and tools like Snowflake or other data warehouses used to consolidate ERP data."
