What you'll do:
This role is focused on configuration and system support, ensuring Eaton HR systems are optimized to meet the needs of the organization. We are looking for our new team member who has a strong background in HR technology, system configuration, and support, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will be:
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain HR systems to ensure they meet organizational requirements and support HR processes effectively.
- System Support: Provide technical support for HR systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruption.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure system solutions align with business objectives.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems, performing regular audits and implementing necessary controls.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support end-users in effectively utilizing HR systems.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in HR system projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR system configuration and support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated proficiency of project management methodology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will require working with Senior Business Leadership and Senior I.T. Leadership on a regular basis.
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills including facilitation and negotiation, ability to lead and influence others, and the ability to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people
- High attention to detail and a desire to drive for results
- Thorough Knowledge of Human Resource Practices
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR Technology applications
- Strong analytical skills for completing complex problem solving and analysis of business processes and systems.
- Proactive about identifying problems and continuous improvement with focus on data integrity
