Salesforce Lead developer

What you'll do:

"Our Salesforce Lead developer is responsible for implementing approved architectue, development, mentoring junior developers, and implementing scalable and secure solutions. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on development, ensuring that Salesforce applications align with business goals and deliver high performance, usability, and maintainability.

As a lead developer you will be involved in all aspects of our software development life-cycle (Designing, Codeing, Debugging, Testing, etc). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinkiner, self-motivated, excellent communicator, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Leads analysis, development, support and documentation of technical solutions to meet requirements through standard IT processes across multiple applications, receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction. Work is reviewed at per documented processes at critical points.

May provide the technical strategy and supporting IT frameworks to guide the successful design, deployment and operations of IT solutions; project based; work is done independently, but is reviewed per documented processes. Responsibilities also include providing peer code reviews as required."

"• Leads the development team by providing mentorship and balancing workload amongst team members
• Understands functional requirements and responsible for solution design, development & deployment for components and associated integrations
• Administers/manages technical systems per prescribed procedures
• Technology specific development & testing using SDLC
• Executes ITSM processes (Change, request, incident, problem management) on technical IT systems at the Project level
• Collaborates with cross-functional team members including architects, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other Lead Developers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, backlog refinement) to ensure timely delivery of features
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Responsible for code review and ensuring code quality"

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited institution
"Required:
'3 years; EITC : Minimum 7-8 yrs of relevant experience
5+ years of Salesforce Development Experience

Skills:

Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and OmniStudio
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, Experience Cloud, and Security Architecture
Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Copado, AutoRabbit, Opsera), CI/CD pipelines, and version control

Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II

Preferred:
Experience with Einstein and Agentforce
Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Field Service
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps"

Intermediate to Senior Level
Proficiency with the English language (written and verbal).
