Sales Representative, Electronics EMEA

Currently we are seeking Sales Manager, Electronics DivisionEMEA.
For the role you can be located anywhere across DACh, Germany is preffered.
Primary responsibilities of this position are to plan, coordinate, and implement all of the sales demand creation activities for the territory, with emphasis on the strategic regional OEM account targets, as defined by EMEA Sales Team Strategy. The objectives are attained through individual sales efforts, customer visits, account management, and working with the rest of the EMEA Sales Team and CET organization.
Work in conjunction with the EMEA channel sales manager, and marketing group who also have related responsibilities, and targets for the territory.
What you'll do:
Coordinates and directs all efforts related to demand creation and account management. Encompassing, but not limited to, customer visits, product presentations and training, sampling and quotation, responding to all customer's inquiries.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with design teams and procurement teams at the OEM strategic account targets.
- Identifies, documents and communicates pertinent market data, VOC, and technology trends to ELXD sales and marketing teams for analysis to help define technological roadmaps and evaluate vs. strategic objectives.
- Recommends modifications and extensions to existing product portfolio and/or request new products solutions based on regional customer's needs and opportunities.
- Coordinates with the rest of the EMEA commercial team for all project fulfillment activities to ensure maximum sales volume for those programs running through selected global electronics distributor and EMS accounts.
- Documents specific customer requirements, and initiates appropriate action to launch customer and application specific projects.
- Organizes regular customer visits with the participation of marketing and application team, when applicable.
- Documents pricing trends and competitive landscape for feedback to internal sales and marketing teams.
- Participates in technical conferences, and industry trade shows to stay up to date with electronic market trends, communicates findings to the rest of the ELXD organization.
- Supports approved Distributors in the region with any inquiries they might have, conducts training for them, and organizes joined sales visits.

Works with management in defining territory sales strategy and OEM account targets.
Qualifications:
- College Degree in Enginnering and/or Science or relevant training
- 2-3 years as Outside Salesperson in other market or no sales Experience, but a commercial attitude
Skills:
- Fluent in German and English
- Commercial attitude
- Knowledge of the local German Culture
- Basic understanding of Electronics (Experience with Power Supplies, and or Supercapacitor a plus)
- Above average personal presentation and negotiation skills
