Sales Manager, PDA

If you have sales experience selling Switchgear and/or transformers.
Preferably with strong network with electrical contractors.
What you'll do:
Develops MV(Mid-voltage) solution business Sales through EPC and Contractors. Main interface to extend Licensee and Eaton's own Solution to Contractors and EPCs in selected segment.
A. Drives Solution Business through EPC and Projects
B. Develops Consultant, contractor & EPC Approach for all Sector Projects mainly focus on Transformer and MV switchgear

C. Lead in developing product application knowledge with customer
D. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree, major in engineering or equivalent
3 years of Sales experince, preferrably in switchgears and transformers
Skills:
A. Network with EPCs, Contractors
B. Network with Global EPCs
C. Technical Selling for PDA
D. Knowledge in PD Solutions and System
E. Knowledge in PD Components
F. Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model.
