What you'll do:
Job Summary
Eaton Corporation has an opening for a OEM Sales Manager for Auto & Pickup businesses located in Valinhos, manage a total account around $100M sales /year.
OEM Sales Manager focused on building and strengthening relationships with OEMs to drive sustainable growth. Strong growth mindset with proven ability to manage key and new accounts, identify new business opportunities, and lead high-performing sales teams, supported by effective executive-level communication and cross-functional alignment.
Job Responsibilities
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with OEM customers at executive and operational levels, acting as the main commercial interface.
• Drive sustainable and profitable growth through strategic management of key and new OEM accounts, aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Lead business development activities, including opportunity identification, RFQ ownership, and sourcing process leadership.
• Define and execute account and pricing strategies to support platform growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.
• Lead, develop, and engage high-performing sales teams, setting clear objectives and fostering a strong growth-oriented culture.
• Ensure effective executive-level communication with OEMs and drive the proper internal alignment of strategic topics, commercial decisions, and customer commitments.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, program management, finance, operations, and quality to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Own commercial performance tracking, including revenue, margins, forecasts, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education level required
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Relevant experience in the automotive segment.
- Advanced English level (Fluency is a plus)
- Price and contract negotiation
- Finance
