What you'll do:
1、 严格遵守公司规章制度, 负责落实部门EHS有关工作, 确保年度安全目标的实现。
2、 负责制定和贯彻销售方面的战略, 组织进行销售预测并建立相应的销售目标计划, 以保证公司经营目标的实现。
3、 负责组织销售客户分析, 以针对性地确定客户的需求、产品价格和折扣率。
4、 组织进行销售渠道的划分, 确定各区域的销售领域、销售额和其他销售指标。
5、 负责组织销售人员、代理商和委托方进行销售技巧及产品技术的培训。组织进行销售团队的训练和业绩评估, 以推进和控制销售目标的实现。
6、 对销售数据进行统计分析, 阐述销售政策, 以便团队有更好的销售业绩。
7、 参与维持与重要客户的关系联络和谈判, 协助其他销售队伍与客户维持良好关系, 以促进目标的达成。
8、 分析和控制销售费用, 以控制在销售预算内。
9、 定期提供有关销售业绩、销售预测、市场客户拓展等方面的工作报告。
10、 密切关注和评估分析竞争对手的行为和策略, 以及时做好应对准备。
11、 完成上级交办的其它工作。
Qualifications:
本科及以上
8 years
具有一定电力方面产品的市场或销售经验, 例如断路器、成套开关柜等产品、有一定的国际市场工作经验
能熟练运用办公软件, 熟练使用EXCEL、WORD文档
