What you'll do:
- This is a position of sales specialist to assume responsibilities of assigned area, market, and customers to promote Eaton's filtration and separation technologies and products and to achieve sales and order targets.
- The focus of the position is to maximize sales growth and return on investment by preparing and executing strategies and action plans.
- Identify and develop new opportunities, and deliver value proposition proposals to the targeted markets and customers in accordance with the strategic plans of the division, region, and country.
- Formulate and agree annual sales and order projections for the assigned area, markets, and customers with the country sales manager.
- Prepare sales and order forecasts for the assigned area, markets, and customers.
- Formulate action plans for the assigned area, markets, and customers, update action plans regularly, and summarize it for the periodical sales reviews.
- Organize daily activities in accordance with the strategic action plans.
- Support existing customers with channel partners to generate sales and orders to achieve growth and targeted projections.
- Pursue proactive customer visits to create opportunities and to strengthen relationship with the end customers.
- Coordinate settlements of technical and commercial inquiries from the customers by involving local, regional, and global team of Eaton Filtration Division.
- This position requires the vitality to train on new products and pioneer new markets
- This position requires the use of Salesforce applications to consistently take action, report, communicate, and consult. The ability to accept and work under micromanagement is essential.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferred major in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 - 5 years experience in relevant industries. Proven track record in sales of Chemical, Petrochemicals, Automotive, and F&B related products,Japanese trading company,Distributor
- Practical Knowledge of Filtration business, Marketplace and Filtration customers.
- Preferred but not required.
- Hunter mindset, strong team player with a positive attitude, good analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
