Sales Engineer, Channel Sales

What you'll do:

Eaton is looking for a Sales Engineer for Channel Sales to support the growth of our UPS systems, LV components, and emergency lighting solutions. This is a highly customer-facing, field-based role involving regular visits to partners and end customers across Finland. You will build relationships, support partners through training, and contribute to developing a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are interested in combining technical knowledge with active, hands-on sales.

• Personally accountable for achieving the sales target
• Embrace a data driven approach using metrics to evaluate & drive performance
• Experience on utilizing digital sales tools (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.) efficiently
• Personally establish strong business relationships with customers and understand growth motivators within the customer base.
• Build a network of partner relationships with channel customers
• Build a network of internal relationships with business units & product management
• Ensure the highest level of ethical behavior and safety standards are implemented and aligned with Eaton's culture

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

• Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems
• Power electronics knowledge an advantage
• Experience in Electrical Sales is nice to have
• Fluency in Finnish and good level in English language (including technical vocabulary)
• A team player, results driven, consultative & detailed, resilient & can-do attitude
• Positive and energetic.
