What you'll do:
- 完成销售目标: 根据公司营销计划, 达成个人及团队的销售指标是核心职责。
- 市场开拓与客户开发: 通过多种渠道搜索、挖掘潜在市场和客户 (主要为EPC海外项目) , 建立客户资源池, 并开拓新市场。
- 客户关系管理: 与客户沟通, 了解需求, 建立并维护长期合作关系, 挖掘客户潜在需求。
- 销售全流程执行: 包括项目管理、产品介绍、方案制定、商务谈判、合同签订、订单跟进及货款回收等。
- 市场信息收集: 收集市场动态、竞争对手信息并反馈, 为公司策略提供依据。
- 内部协作与系统使用: 协调生产、物流等部门确保订单交付, 熟练使用办公软件管理客户信息。
Qualifications:
- 大专及以上学历, 市场营销或电气自动化等相关专业优先
- 3年以上相关销售经验, 有安防、消防、内通成功案例或行业资源者优先;有海外项目销售经验, 有良好的英语基础(读写听)
- 熟悉产品知识 (安防、消防、内通) 和销售流程, 掌握基本的办公软件
- 出色的沟通表达、谈判能力, 市场分析与客户挖掘能力, 以及抗压能力和学习能力;工作热情、责任心强, 目标导向, 具备团队协作精神和积极心态
