- This is a critical leadership role within the Global Financial Accounting Center of Excellence (GFA CoE), accountable for driving excellence across the Record-to-Report (R2R) process and lead strategic special projects within a dynamic, high-volume Global Capability Center supporting Eaton's worldwide operations.
- The position plays a pivotal part in designing, governing, and sustaining global standard processes across the full spectrum of Financial Accounting, including month-end close, fixed asset accounting, general ledger governance, account reconciliations, and compliance activities.
- The role is expected to elevate process maturity, ensure high-quality and accurate financial reporting, and champion consistency across business units and regions.
- In addition to core R2R responsibilities, this role acts as the Strategic Program Leader for GFA's special projects portfolio-driving cross-functional initiatives focused on transformation, automation, analytics, process redesign, systems enhancement, efficiency improvement, and controllership excellence.
- The role requires strong program management capability, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and deep financial process expertise to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered with discipline, visibility, and measurable business impact.
- This position will also be accountable for shaping and deploying the long-term GFA strategy, including capability building, digital enablement, risk management, and operational governance.
- The role requires a blend of operational rigor, strategic execution, and the ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
Qualifications:
Requirement :
- CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA or Professional Finance Degree
- >15+ years in finance with extensive experience in Intercompany processes
- Additional Qualification - Six Sigma Trained / PMP
- Prior experience - Team Management
- Effective communication with ability to convince Stakeholders and team members
- Proactive work style
- Ability to work under pressure and balance many assignments at one time
- Ability to own a project and bring it to a logical and successful completion
- Change Management Experience is preferred
- Analytical bent of mind and problem solver
- Strong organizational agility to respond to changing business requirements and demands
- Intellectual rigor
- Candidate should be agile and flexible to work in different time zones to meet work and customer requirements.
- Able to work independently; self-motivated.
- Adaptable to change
- Able to travel internationally as required.

- R2R & Month-End Close Excellence
Drive end-to-end Record-to-Report process performance, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and global consistency

Strengthen global governance frameworks, accounting controls, documentation, and adherence to internal and external audit requirements
