Reliability Engineer
Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Reliability Engineer.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
What you'll do:
Coordinar el equipo para llevar a cabo la gestión predictiva, preventiva y emergente en lo relacionado a edificios, oficinas servicios, servicios y equipos productivos para mantenerlos en buen estado y asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones de la planta, asegurando condiciones de trabajo seguras y sin impacto al medio ambiente.
Essential Functions - Job Responsibilities
Liderar y coordinar al equipo de Facilities para la realizacion de las siguientes actividades:
A. Realizar y/o Coordinar contratistas, establecer y modificar el mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo en edificios, oficinas y servicios de utilidades de planta.
B. Realizar y/o Coordinar la realización de procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo relacionados con las máquinas de servicios de planta.

C. Realizar y/o Coordinar contratistas para proyectos relacionados con la mejora de edificios, oficinas y servicios públicos.
D. Realizar y/o Coordinar contratistas para las certificaciones relacionadas con edificios, oficinas y servicios públicos.
E. Coordinar el presupuesto en trabajos de mantenimiento relacionados con edificios, oficinas y servicios públicos.
F. Coordinar y asegurar condiciones de trabajo seguras, relacionadas con iluminación, aire, electricidad y energía.
G. Realizar y/o Coordinar contratistas para los servicios de limpieza de sistemas de aceite y sanitarios.
H. Conocimiento en el sistema de gestión de calidad
Qualifications:
Education level required
Ingeniero titulado con conocimientos en electricidad, plomeria, sistemas de bombeo y climatizacion.
Years of experience required
3- 5 años de experiencia en facilities o mantenimiento general
Technical knowledge
Knowledge of the quality management system,
A. Conocimientos de instalaciones eléctricas.
B. Conocimientos de instalación de gas natural o LP.
C. Conocimientos de instalación de protección/prevención de incendios.
D. Conocimientos de operación y mantenimiento de compresores de aire.
E. Conocimientos de operación de tratamiento de aguas residuales.
F. Conocimientos de operación de sistemas de aire acondicionado.
G. Conocimientos de arco eléctrico.
H. Conocimientos de neumática.
English level
English - language would be a plus.
