Regional Pricing Leader ES-EMEA

The Pricing Leader will lead the ES EMEA pricing Center of Excellence, which is defining and managing strategic and operational pricing for Electrical Sector products and solutions across EMEA. This position can be based anywhere in ES-EMEA.

What you'll do:

This role ensures competitive, profitable, and sustainable pricing strategies aligned with Eaton's growth objectives. The Pricing Leader will work closely with Product Management teams across divisions and collaborate with the Commercial (Sales) organization to drive pricing excellence and customer value.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Strategic Pricing Leadership:
Develop and execute pricing strategies for Electrical Sector products, solutions, and ETO projects across the region to maximize profitability and competitiveness. Apply value-based pricing and risk considerations typical for project-driven and customized business. Monitor market, competitor, and customer dynamics to guide decisions.

• Commercial Policy & Governance:
Own and enforce commercial and pricing policies across EMEA, including discount frameworks, margin thresholds, escalation rules, and indexation mechanisms. Ensure consistent application across standard, configured, and ETO/project-based offers while balancing flexibility and margin protection.

• Operational Pricing Management:
Oversee daily pricing activities, including list prices, special price approvals, project pricing reviews, and discount governance. Provide structured pricing support for ETO bids and tenders, ensuring transparency on assumptions, risks, and profitability. Standardize pricing processes, tools, and approval workflows across the region. Drive continuous improvements to increase accuracy, risk management, and execution speed.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product Management, Sales, Bid Management, and Finance to align pricing with product lifecycle, customization level, and value proposition. Support negotiations and profitability analysis.

• Analytics & Reporting:
Leverage AI-based pricing tools and analytics to track pricing performance, margin realization, and project profitability. Generate insights for ETO business, including deviation and post-project margin analysis, and report pricing effectiveness to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience specifically in Pricing roles. This includes exposure to pricing methodology, commercial policy, and pricing governance
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Central Pricing teams is implied in EMEA-focused pricing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, commercial agreements, and discount structures.
  • Ability to ensure price consistency across countries and product lines.
  • Skills in managing rebate programs, price controls, and executing pricing policy
  • High analytical capability to support pricing decisions across EMEA markets.
  • Ability to lead diverse, matrixed, virtual teams.
  • Fluency in English, other EU language knowledge is appreciated.
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Marketing teams.
  • Adaptable to varying cultures.
