Regional Human Resources Manager
Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services and Systems Division is looking for a dynamic Regional Human Resources Manager who wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing, service-driven organization. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping shape and execute people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and long-term success.
You'll lead regional HR initiatives focused on attracting top talent, developing future leaders, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. By working closely with service leadership, you'll translate business objectives into practical, people-centered solutions-building a resilient workforce that's motivated, skilled, and ready to meet evolving customer and business needs. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
• Lead and manage human resource strategies to support the strategic and operating plans of the region
• Partner with leaders using coaching, consulting and facilitation skills to influence behavior and business decisions consistent with Eaton's Leadership Model, Values and Philosophy
• Foster and sustain a workplace culture that reflects Eaton's values and promotes accountabilty, engagement, and high performance.
• Drive corporate and divisional initiatives
• Identify opportunities for improved connectivity with plants and sales organization
• Develop strategies for maintaining positive employee relations at locations within assigned region
• Provide guidance and direction to HR and business leaders on complex business and HR matters
• Leverage organizational assessment tools including employee engagement surveys to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure consistent alignment of local practices with Eaton policies and standards
• Have working knowledge of various state employment-related regulations
• Understand and champion environmental health and safety issues and regulations.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience
- At least 2 years' experience leading as a human resources business partner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business administration
- Master's degree
- 4+ years' experience leading as a human resources business partner in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading human resources efforts for a distributed workforce
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in CA, CO, IL, NC, PA, or TX.
Position Criteria:
• Must be able to travel 25% - 40%
• Strong competency as a collaborative leader with managerial courage
• Experience in building organizational capability
• Excellent facilitation / coaching skills, especially in a distributed workforce environment
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Solid understanding of local country regulations and standards
