Regional Channel Director- Northeast

Eaton Corporation's North America Electrical Sales Division is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Channel Director to lead the Northeast region. Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, one of the following states: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Virginia, or Maine. This high-impact role is responsible for guiding and developing a team of distributor sales specialists to accelerate growth within the electrical wholesale channel. The Regional Channel Director will also cultivate and maintain strong national-level relationships with key strategic accounts to ensure alignment with Eaton's broader commercial objectives.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and programs with Eaton's electrical wholesalers within a specific geography, in alignment with Product Line and Field Sales management objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and regional channels, as well as Regional Management, to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
• Oversee and coordinate all of Eaton's electrical sector sales and marketing initiatives across the region.
• Lead the integration of legacy relationships with electrical wholesalers to maximize channel effectiveness for the expanded electrical sector in North America.
• Act as a consultant to the sales leadership team in developing and implementing general sales force district distribution plans for the region.
• Provide strategic direction for a team managing approximately $300 - $500 million in sales, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, industrial sales, sales management, marketing and/or channel development.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• MBA.
