Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Receiving Lead.

The hourly rate for this position is $27-$32 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The core hours for this role are 5:00am-3:30pm.

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

What you'll do:

Position Overview:
The Receiving Lead is to be trained, capable and in regular practice of all essential daily duties and responsibilities of the shipping and receiving supervisor. The individual in this role must be capable of duties and possess strong leadership, communication and organization skills. This individual may be responsible for training others and enforcing compliance to requirements of safety, quality and productivity standards. Will work closely with the Shipping and Receiving Supervisors, implement identified strategy, and work standardization.

In this role you will:
• At all times, follows and enforces safety protocol, including use of PPE (personal protection equipment) and maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

• Enforce forklift and equipment safety standards.
• Train new employees and revise practices and/or periodic re-certification of existing employees
• Execute material receiving within Oracle
• Oversees receipt of RMA's working alongside customer service to ensure accurate lot receiving and quantity.
• Coordinate the unloading of incoming material and delegate to appropriate material handler.
• Coordinate the put away of incoming raw material, packaging, and finished goods.
• Monitor supplier variance of raw material and pieces to ensure inventory accuracy. Escalate out of tolerance variances to appropriate individual to get resolved.
• Oversee the quality of incoming shipments and reject non acceptable ones.
• Schedule all trucks through customer websites, email and phone calls
• Maintain organization of important documents such as receipts, BOLs, supplier certs, etc.
• Coordinates specifics of material readiness timing and schedules trucks based on customer defined pick up schedules aimed at minimizing congestion on shipping/receiving floor and at the dock loading area.
• Communicates important delivery packages/shipments for small parcel, direct and indirect materials as needed.
• Oversee the scheduling of scrap shipments for the facility.
• Give daily direction to receiving team members.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience
• Ability to drive standup forklift
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual (Spanish-English), ability to read, write, and speak

Additional Criteria:
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Strong leadership traits and capable of managing others
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must work well in team environment
• Must be able to secure and maintain Powered Industrial Vehicle Certification
• Physically able to perform duties
• Must be able to work independently
