Quality Warranty Technician
Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Quality Warranty Technician. The position will be based at our facility in Arden, NC.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year.

What you'll do:
The primary focus of this role will be addressing and resolving customer quality issues through timely response and appropriate actions. Supporting warranty team members in training efforts, standard reporting and problem solving.
• Define problem, classify whether product warranty or customer responsibility and conduct timely, economical, and positive corrective action.
• Coordinate shipment of material(s) and authorize field service when necessary.
• Authorize return of product for inspection, failure analysis and/or material disposition.
• Document all actions and related information in a warranty database.
• Coordinate warranty evaluation and remediation between plant resources, product line management, project management (PMO), and customer.
• Represent product warranty in quality council meetings.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Associate's degree from an accredited institution OR minimum 3 years Manufacturing Experience with High School Diploma required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, mechanical or engineering technology from an accredited institution
• Experience with at least 2 Asheville products (LVA, MVC, MVD, ATS)
• Minimum 3 years of product testing, troubleshooting or design experience
Skills:
Position Criteria:
• Must be able to work overtime - weekdays and weekends.
• Advanced computer skills using MS Office applications such as Word and Excel
