We are looking forward to Quality Leadership Development Program in Eaton's Electrical Business, based in Shenzhen City, China. Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for people everywhere. We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.

What you'll do:

This program develops future operations leaders with comprehensive quality management capabilities through systematic job rotations and practical projects. It focuses on end-to-end product quality control throughout the entire product lifecycle, helping participants build a solid understanding of quality management systems from supply chain to customer delivery.
Participants in the program will:
• Complete a three-year rotation plan, covering areas such as quality risk management during product development and mass production, quality system establishment, auditing and continuous improvement, customer complaint analysis and closed-loop quality issue resolution, customer satisfaction improvement, as well as supplier development, auditing, and incoming quality control
• Enhance personal capabilities through individual contributions and teamwork by completing meaningful rotation projects and assignments
• Gain development opportunities through professional training and soft skills coaching provided by the program
• Acquire cross-functional and cross-regional work experience, as well as build strong professional networks through job rotations
• Engage with senior leadership teams to further plan and shape long-term career development paths

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, Materials Engineering, or related fields (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior internship or project experience related to quality is preferred
• Excellent academic performance and strong ability to learn quickly
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
• Passionate and willing to take on challenges
• Good English communication skills
• Strong interest in quality management and manufacturing operations, with the ambition to become a future quality/operations leader
• Take responsibility
