What you'll do:

• The responsibilities of this quality engineer include overseeing comprehensive quality control of products from incoming materials, processes, testing, shipment, and after-sales service, and using appropriate quality tools to effectively improve the -quality system, products, and processes.该质量工程师的工作职责为负责产品从来料、过程、试验、出货和现场售后的全面的质量工作,并通过合适的质量工具对工厂的质量体系、产品和过程进行有效的改进。
• Preparing in-process inspection and finial testing working instruction or something like that, keeping record and relevant results. 编制过程检验、最终测试作业指导书等相关的质量控制文件和记录, 并保存质量记录。
• Organize inspectors to implement the process control procedures, timely correct the operator errors for the quality issue, organize inspection for the semi-finished products and finished product, take immedicably measure for the non-conformance, timely organize the relevant departments to analyze and handle and notify the relevant departments to correct. 组织检验员执行过程控制程序, 及时纠正操作人员的质量问题错误, 组织对半成品、成品的质量检查, 对异常物料采取应急措施并及时组织有关部门共同分析、处理, 并通知各相关部门改正。

• Responsible for quality control of suppliers, including development and verification of new materials and new suppliers, as well as supplier assessments. 负责供应商的质量控制工作, 包括新物料和新供应商的开发、验证工作, 以及供应商的审核工作。
• Prepare monthly, annual quality reports through the use of process control and final inspection records, and the preparation of outgoing technical information and test reports. 利用过程控制和最终检验的记录, 编制月度、年度质量报告, 编制出货技术资料和出厂报告。
• Responsible for the product testing and auditing work carried out by the customer in the factory, prepare the test and audit records and prepare the corresponding test, audit report; and prepare and quality and testing-related documents to assist other departments in carrying out quality-related work . 负责客户到工厂进行的产品试验和审核工作, 准备试验、审核记录, 并编写相应的试验、审核报告, 并编制其它质量、试验相关的文件资料, 协助好其它部门做好质量相关的工作。
• Participate in on-site commissioning and testing, be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and improving after-sales quality issues of the product; finish CAPA reports and assist in preparing on-site analysis reports; and participate in on-site after-sales handling when necessary. 参与现场调试和试验的工作, 负责产品的售后质量问题的调查、分析和改善的工作, 编制CAPA报告并协助编制现场分析报告, 必要时参与现场的售后处理工作。
• Participate in audits related to the quality system, as well as product and process audits related to product quality. 参加质量体系相关的审核工作及与质量相关的产品审核、过程审核的工作。
• Ad-hoc assignments. 其他交办工作。

• Graduated from engineering related majors in Electrical Engineering, mechanical, and electronics are preferred. 工科相关专业毕业, 电气工程、机械、电力电子专业优先考虑.
• At least 5 years supplier quality management experience. 通常需要5年以上相关质量或技术工作经验。
• Familiar with quality management standards such as IATF16949, ISO9001, etc., familiar with problem analysis techniques such as 8D/5W/QC, able to analyze quality issues, develop corrective and preventive measures, and track implementation effects. 熟悉质量管理标准如IATF16949、ISO9001等, 了解 8D/5W/QC手法等问题分析手法, 能够分析质量问题, 制定纠正预防措施, 并跟踪实施效果
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical product quality control is preferred. 熟悉机械电气产品质量控制优先。
