What you'll do:

A. Manage and control projects to meet clients' requirements while ensuring cost control within the project budget
B. Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to clients' requirements
C. Oversee Service Engineers and contractors for project execution based on clients' specifications
D. Manage requirements for MV/LV switchgear, MV/LV transformers, busduct, etc., with consultants or clients

E. Liaise with clients and factories to confirm designs after requirement gathering
F. Schedule, attend, and lead project discussions and site meetings with clients
G. Support contract administration, including ordering, billing milestones, and O&M submissions
H. Coordinate with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time
I. Work closely with factories on design feedback from clients/consultants
J. Manage subcontractors' schedules and ensure quality of work
K. Support the Service team during FAT and SAT
L. Manage testing and commissioning requirements in accordance with client specifications
M. Possess strong technical knowledge of MV/LV switchgear and MV/LV transformers

N. Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS):
a. Implement a process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide necessary support to implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicate the importance of compliance with QMS requirements
d. Ensure the QMS achieves its objectives
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Promote a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma or higher with equivalent in Engineering discipline
At least 3 years of project management experience
Strong electrical knowledge / Low/Medium Voltage Switchgear knowledge / Low/Medium Transformer knowledge / Power Distribution background
Good communication skill / Auto-CAD skill / microsoft project / microsoft office
