Project Manager (GEIS)

What you'll do:

• Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering EPC/Data center projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Project Planning & Execution
  Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
  Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Budget & Cost Management
  Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
  Ensure financial compliance and optimize cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management
  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
• Risk & Quality Management
  Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Team Leadership
  Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction professionals.
  Provide guidance, motivation, and performance management.
• Reporting
  Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
  Maintain accurate documentation and project records.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years Project Management experience
• Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.
• 10+ years related experiences in sales or related role within the industry (electrical equipments)
• Knowledge of EPC or DataCenter
• Prefer the knowledge of Ex&B-Line products
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Knowledge of Code of Ethics/Standard
• Initiative and positive
• Work under pressure
