Project Manager - EMEA PMO Office

What you'll do:

As a Project Manager within the EMEA PMO, you will lead strategic regional initiatives across manufacturing and functional areas, driving execution excellence and enabling the long-term strategic goals of Eaton's Electrical Sector in EMEA. You will support the development of standardized project management practices while ensuring strong governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities

A. Lead strategic regional projects and programs

  • Define (sub)projects - defines how program structure is split to smaller entities.
  • Set project-level objectives for project team members - define objectives that will be common to project team.
  • Communicate with internal and external project stakeholders and Eaton senior leadership.
  • Report project status regularly - reports status in project status meeting.
  • Prepare for project milestones - make detailed plan and allocate this to team members.

B. Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and standards.

C. Establish and maintain project governance frameworks.

D. Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.

E. Monitor project performance, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.

F. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders.

G. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

H. Support project portfolio management and prioritization activities.

I. Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning.

J. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the centralized PMO EMEA organization.

K. Manage change and lead cross-business projects.

L. Apply extensive knowledge of Manufacturing or Functional processes and demonstrate experience in Operations Excellence techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
  • Several years of project management experience, ideally in manufacturing or function-related environments.
