What you'll do:
This position will lead and oversee electrical projects focused on switchgear systems and power distribution. It will be managed the full project lifecycle-from planning and design to execution and delivery-ensuring technical excellence, budget adherence, and timely completion
- Manage & control projects to meet the clients' requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
- Oversee Service Engineers / Contractors in project implementation according to clients' requirements
- Manage FAT and SAT with customers
- Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to clients' or GC requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules and cost control to meet project budget
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.(ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission)
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Support commissioning and handover activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Schedule and attend project discussions as per clients' requirement
- Work with Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time
- Manage sub-contractor work schedule and quality of work.
- Support Service team during FAT, SAT and Servicing

Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
- At least 2-5 years of project management experience
- Auto-CAD, PLC, Networking, BMS/EPMS skill
- Good communication and problem solving skill; Fluent in English
