Project Manager

What you'll do:

Leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects. This includes overseeing plant new product introduction (NPI), product transfer, Product/process optimization projects(VAVE/Lean projects), and other cost-reduction initiatives to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

1,Lead end-to-end project management including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, and execution.

2,Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to achieve project milestones.

3,Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including feasibility studies, pilot builds, validation, and production ramp-up.

4,Develop project timelines, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication with global stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related majors; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, and quality systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent software.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, good logical thinking and problem-solving abilityFluent in oral and written English, able to communicate effectively with foreign colleagues, customers and suppliers.
