What you'll do:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects within our Medium Voltage business. This role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful project execution from order intake to delivery.

• Lead and deliver projects in line with business objectives (quality, cost, delivery targets)
• Manage end-to-end ETO post-order processes including planning, execution, and delivery
• Analyze sales orders, assess technical & commercial feasibility, and define project scope
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Logistics, Planning)
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive corrective actions proactively
• Maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle
• Lead customer interactions including FAT, site visits, and on-site execution
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance, and best practices
• Track KPIs, report project status, and contribute to portfolio prioritization
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance project delivery processes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering ,Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Medium Voltage / Sales & Manufacturing
• Proven experience in ETO (Engineer-to-Order) environments
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Experience in international, matrix-based organizations preferred
• Strong project management capabilities (planning, execution, risk management)
• Solid knowledge of LV/MV systems, transformers, or related electrical equipment
• Understanding of project profitability and cost drivers
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
• Ability to manage change orders, scope variations, and customer negotiations
• Data-driven mindset with focus on performance ,efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Project management skills & tools; technical knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, transformers.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial and negotiation skills; results-driven.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in international, culturally diverse, and matrix-based organizations.
• Ability to coach, and report team activities
• Language proficiency both in Turkish and English.
