What you'll do:

  • The Project Management cordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering EPC or Data Center projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Planning & Execution
    Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Budget & Cost Management
    Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
    Ensure financial compliance and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
  • Risk & Quality Management
    Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Team Leadership
    Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction professionals.
    Provide guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Reporting
    Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
    Maintain accurate documentation and project records.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years' Project Management experience
    • Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.
    • 3+ years' related experience in sales or related role within the industry (electrical equipment)
    • Knowledge of EPC or Data Center
    • Fluent in written and oral English
    • Knowledge of Code of Ethics/Standard
    • Initiative and positive
    • Work under pressure
