Project Management Analyst

Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our team in Woodridge, IL.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $71,000 - $105,000 a year.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and maintain engineering documentation within legacy PLM systems (such as PCM/Enovia).
  • Implement Engineering Change Notices to update specifications and bills of material (BOM) accordingly.
  • Generate routine financial analysis summary for NPI programs.
  • Review approval routes for part releases.
  • Process quarterly reports for release statistics, as well as tracking project hours and resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Track and report on program progress and metrics.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in finance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Three (3)+ years of experience as program analyst.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance such as operating flows, invested capital, expense process and accounting.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus, both written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
