Project Lead
What you'll do:
Job Summary
Responsible for leading strategic manufacturing projects focused on capacity expansion, operational excellence, automation, cost optimization, new product introductions, manufacturing transfers, localization initiatives and footprint improvements, providing technical and project leadership to cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, EHS and Finance to ensure successful execution of capital investment and continuous improvement initiatives while achieving objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards, operational requirements and business growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities
• Identify and develop Project Management Methodology, best practices and standards.
• Monitoring compliance with engineering standards, company policies and procedures
• Coordinate communication across projects
• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Perform quality control over the project deliverables to maintain the standards expected
• Develop a detailed project plans and track progress of the milestones achieved
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage risk and issues and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope
Qualifications:
1. Education level
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering field.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt certifications preferred.
2. Years and area of experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional projects with responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables."
3. Technical knowledge
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing transfers, process optimization, and capacity expansion projects.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and driving productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience working in multinational organizations and collaborating with regional/global teams.
• Advanced Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Stage-Gate, Agile).
• Project planning and scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera or equivalent).
• New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD), APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Validation.
