What you'll do:
- Manage responsibilities related to Sales, Key Account Management & Business Development of Power Quality business that include 3 phase UPS for commercial construction and Data Center solutions for Enterprise customers, Manage Tier 1 Partners and Electrical Contractors across Dubai, Northern Emirates, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
- Support all aspects of the relationship with customers and create demand through Tier 1 Partner & Contractors within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Building strong project pipeline through demand creation.
- Instrumental in project's finalization and approval with Contractor, Consultant & End Users.
- Collecting, analyzing, and utilizing market intelligence data on competition products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to offer full scope of Eaton Portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Partner Support & Marketing to deliver solutions as per project need.
- Exceed sales and profitability metrics to assist in achieving organization growth and Profit plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience
- Existing relationship with industry contractors, consultants and end users is a big plus
- Technically strong knowledge of UPS and battery systems
Skills:
- Experience selling to Tier 1 Partners, System Integrators, End Users & Electrical Contractors.
- Highly collaborative in a matrix organization filled with diversity of backgrounds, experience, and perspectives.
- Prioritize customer needs & aware of market trends and competitive insights.
- Strong team player and possess interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, channel partners and customers to build bridges.
