Programmatic Launch Leader- El Paso
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Programmatic Launch Leader- El Paso. This role will take place at our facility in El Paso, TX. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States.
This position is responsible for the execution of Panelboard and Switchboard programmatic job launch at site level which includes site and supply chain readiness, capacity planning and release to production to ensure site, product line and customer requirements are met. Reporting directly to the Programmatic Execution Leader and functionally to the site Plant Manager, the incumbent will drive program management leadership and coordination across site functions to ensure proper alignment and execution. They will be the voice for any programmatic site launch communication and be single POC for site change management.
A successful individual in this role will execute ownership for the site programmatic jobs from a manufacturing perspective including the development and implementation of a robust manufacturing readiness plan, coordination of change management activities, aligning job specific criteria and specifications, and establishing std work and communication toolset for interaction with key stakeholders. Additionally, they will focus for the individual is the hand-over or transition to the site operations group for continuity of supply until job ends.
This position will lead the site in the coordination and execution of programmatic job manufacturing related activities and will be expected to contribute to address any efficiency and throughput opportunities by providing data and insight analysis regarding manufacturing optimization requirements and opportunities. The incumbent must possess strong background and knowledge of product/process launch and manufacturing operations and must actively lead launch initiatives. Must also exhibit good communication skillset and be able to work in a matrix environment.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

What you'll do:
Program Management
- Development of program timelines and milestones that support programmatic job site launch and handover to site for sustained supply.
- Document and communicate program performance at site level and upstream.
- Ensure jobs are launched on time, within budget, with associated cost targets and no customer impact (Delivery and Quality).
- Active participant in site operations reviews and site management system.
Launch readiness and Execution
- Establish process to validate manufacturing readiness for new jobs and obtain lessons learned from current ones.
- Coordinate and align at site level to create and execute overall launch plan.
- Work with site to ensure job specific requirements are identified, deployed and implemented.
- Lead site in executing plant launch plan and handover for continued supply.
- Support design for manufacturing initiatives and drive process optimization that drive launch execution and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 5 years of experience in product/process launch, operations, materials planning and/or manufacturing or industrial engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
