Programmatic Execution Leader- Panelboards and Switchboards
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Programmatic Execution Leader- Panelboards and Switchboards. This role can take place out of Charlotte, NC / Sumter, SC / El Paso, TX. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates in the United States.
Programmatic is a structured, standardized approach to end-to-end management which encompasses front end sales, design, supply chain, manufacturing, service & scaling processes, particularly in the context of data centers and large-scale projects. Involves development and deployment of end-to-end strategy for builds with regional flexibility to accommodate standards variations.
This position is fully responsible for managing product line programmatic job execution across the entire end to end value stream which includes front end, design, launch and service readiness, capacity planning and release to production and service to ensure product line and customer requirements are met. Reporting directly to the Programmatic Strategy Leader, the incumbent will drive program management leadership and coordination across all functions and liaise with product line to ensure proper alignment and execution. Will be the voice for any programmatic execution communication and be single POC for change management and timeline management.

The successful individual will execute ownership for the product line programmatic jobs from end-to-end perspective across all the manufacturing sites, including the development and implementation of a robust launch plan, coordination of change management activities, aligning program specific criteria and specifications, and establishing std work and communication toolset for interaction with key stakeholders and customers.
An additional area of focus for the individual is the demand planning portion where alignment with product line and IBP will be fundamental to be able to project needs and establish a supply strategy that can be easily communicated to customers.
This position will lead the product line in the coordination and execution of programmatic job launch related activities and will be expected to contribute to strategic planning process by providing impact analysis regarding programmatic product line requirements and opportunities. The incumbent must possess strong background and knowledge of program management, product launch, change management and must actively lead change initiatives. They must also exhibit solid communication skillset and be able to work in a matrix environment.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year.

What you'll do:
Program Management
- Development of program timelines and milestones that support programmatic product launch and sustained supply.
- Coordinate all change management activities for programmatic products across end-to-end value stream.
- Document and communicate program performance across multiple levels.
- Ensure jobs are executed and completed on time, within budget, with associated cost targets and no customer impact (Delivery and Quality).
- Active participant in product line new program due diligence.
Launch Readiness and Execution
- Establish process to validate end to end readiness for both new jobs and current ones experiencing change.
- Coordinate and align cross-functionally to create overall launch plan and validate readiness for execution.
- Coordinate with product line to establish demand profile that will be baseline for overall job launch planning. This demand profile should include any potential new programs still under development or being quoted.
- Work with plants to ensure job specific requirements are identified, deployed and implemented.
- Lead team that will develop and execute plant launch plan and handover to site for continued supply.
- Work with supply chain to create PFEP process and std work.
- Participate in Demand and Opportunity A5 review sessions with product line to identify mid to long term requirements.
- Support design and standardization of Change Management dashboards and KPI's to match product line needs and drive launch execution and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, product/process launch, operations, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge:
- Must possess project management, analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess and build organizational capability
- Capable of leading large-scale project work utilizing project management skills and tools
- Demonstrated comfort around technology and system solutions
- Ability to operate a wide latitude for actions and recommendations which support product line programmatic launch
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing practices; experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
- Experience with the manufacture and assembly of complex assemblies.
- Experience with developing manufacturing processes for new products and change management.
- Proven track recorded in motivating technical staff, managing remote locations, driving for results, and team building.
- Demonstrated knowledge of PROLaunch or equivalent phase/gate development process.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of time (mainly domestic)
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build, motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and leading people by influence and across locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and across multiple functions.
- Ability to lead effectively in a matrix organization, in virtual teams (across different locations), and cross-cultural environment.
