Program Manager Level III
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Program Manager Level III.
This role is located at our Waukesha, WI site. Relocation assistance will be provided.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year.

What you'll do:
The Program Manager III will be responsible for leading capital projects across footprint rationalization, capacity expansion, and manufacturing and facilities initiatives. They will develop strong business cases, lead executive-level program reviews, manage schedule, budget, and benefits, and partner closely with operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

In this role you will:
- Facilitates effective and clear communications with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to deliver tough and/or critical messages in a transparent way with a go forward plan.
- Manage and maintain program /project metrics for throughout the duration of projects
- Develop and maintain resource plans to meet project schedule
- Leverages global resources and prior project contacts to develop the best solutions and assemble best project business cases
- Executes large and complex projects for PSD (experienced in Eaton's PROLaunch STP and NPI execution)
- Build organizational competency - Mentors and trains key individuals in the organization
- Evaluate alternate manufacturing processes (ex: additive manufacturing, Metal Infused Manufacturing, plating) that focus on cost reduction, material optimization, and supply chain resiliency
- Able to assemble and lead a cross-functional team with engagement from all required functions/organizations
- Drives accountability from required action owners
- Able to develop equipment technical specifications and perform supplier/contractor evaluations as part of the selection process
- Manage contractor/supplier work while on site at Eaton facilities and assure adherence to Eaton's Contractor Safety Program
- Manage project teams capital and expense spending within approved budget amounts. Provide monthly spending projection updates and able to hit forecasted targets
- Assist in the development of various project scenarios for comparison and evaluation which could include footprint expansion and facility consolidations
- Shares best practices on how to manage projects and also lessons learned based on implementation expereince
- Travel to project sites up for 50% of time
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Ten (10) years of experience in Program Management, or a combination of Program Management with some Operations, OpEx, Manufacturing Engineering or Facilities experience
- Ten (10) years of work in a manufacturing environment
- Five (5) years of experience in team leadership skills
- Five (5) years of experience in financial tracking, spend forecasting, and asset capitalization
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
- Three (3) years of experience in Risk Management and Business Continuity

Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification
- Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) or equivalent
- Familiar with PROLaunch methodology
- Familiar with Eaton CAR process and definition of project business cases
- Proficient in Microsoft Project application
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Experience managing complex programs such as construction, production line moves, capacity expansions, and footprint rationalizations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton leadership and customers
- Travel of up to 50% of time required for this position
- Self-motivating and acts in an ethical and truthful manner
- Broad analytical skills and business acumen
