Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Business (GEIS) and EMEA business is aligned with Eaton's vision of delivering intelligent power management solutions. The Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC) is seeking a PMO Leader for the ES Global division.

We are looking for a dynamic, versatile, and high-energy technocrat with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact projects within stringent timelines. The ideal candidate will be aiming for senior-level PMO responsibilities and ready to leverage their experience, knowledge, and skills to drive excellence. This role will be based in Pune, India.

The PMO Leader is primarily responsible for leading ES Global PM Team for GEIS and EMEA Division Portfolio.

Further, the leader is expected to:-

1) Talent & Capability: Meet PP for PMO NAM; EIIC talent development; Define team growth path; Capability development of EIIC PMO

2)Financials: EIIC budget forecasting & tracking; EIIC project financials monitoring and control;

3)Portfolio Management: Portfolio dashboards & scorecards; Project data fidelity;

4)Program Leadership: EIIC program execution partnership (NPI, NTI, VAVE); scope-schedule-cost-quality discipline; cross-functional alignment across the EIIC ecosystem; Support Americas Portfolio Manager; lead high-priority EIIC programs; resolve critical quality issues with strong alignment and issue governance

5)Enabling Digital Mindset & Operational Excellence: AI-driven risk & trend analytics; CCPM coaching and execution discipline; translate Functional Excellence frameworks into scalable NAM execution models.

6) Interface to Digital Engineering: drive high-impact projects, ensuring seamless translation of engineering needs into digital solutions

7) Drive CI: Identify and implement CI and automation opportunities. Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and waste elimination initiatives across

8) Drive engineering function optimization: initiatives by ensuring tangible value realization from ideas such as skill optimization, capability alignment, and efficient utilization of in-function expertise

9) Enable standard work and repeatability: Driving common templates, checklists, design practices, and review mechanisms across regions and platform

10)Program management practices standardization: standardized program management practices to improve execution predictability and ROI globally

11)Portfolio Management: Support centralized portfolio processes with dashboards for leadership reviews tracking interdependencies and constraints

12 AI-Based Governance: improve visibility for early risk identification and predictive insights supporting timely decisions

Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B Tech / M Tech
  • 15 Years +

Skills:

  • PMP,Advanced Excel,JIRA, JAMA, Confluence, Microsoft Projects, Clarity PPM
  • Global Project Management, Project Proposals, Scoping, Stage GATE product development process, Risk Management
