What you'll do:

• Responsible for safety in CSPC production, to meet MESH requirements. Building safety culture and deploy LSR rules.负责CSPC 生产作业安全；满足MESH体系的要求。建立安全文化, 贯彻救生规则要求。
• Be responsible for production process management procedure development and maintenance负责车间管理制度的制定和维护。
• Be responsible for on time manufacture. Coordinate customer site installation direction supporting.负责准时生产, 按时交货。同时协调、安排客户现场安装指导工作。
• Production support expense and on site expense control to meet PP控制生产费用和现场安装服务费用, 满足年度计划。
• Responsible for operators' performance management and training.负责对操作工绩效管理、考核及培训
• Responsible for workshop improvement. Defined and maintained floor 5S management负责车间改进管理。车间5S的定义和维护管理
• Reduce the scrap.提高原材料利用率。
• Resolve the non-compliance in time, pursuit continuous manufacturing improvement efforts for quality, efficiency and productivity. Continues Improve labor productivity.及时解决不合格问题, 持续进行改进以提高产品质量、工作效率和生产力。持续改进人工效率。
• To support quality depart build up EQS system .支持质量部门建立完善伊顿质量体系。
• Use ELSS tools to drive continues improvement activities, and supporting CI team deployment projects.使用精益工具驱动持续改善活动, 支持持续改善团队实施改善项目。
• Ad-hoc assignments.其他交办工作。

• Bachelor or above, major in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing management.
• Production planning, lean production, quality control.
• Strong communication, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
